Делается вывод, что в этот период, в условиях вооруженной борьбы между Речью Посполитой, Россией и Гетманщиной, поляки, отстаивая свою власть и господствующее положение в Беларуси, проявили качества, существенно ухудшившие восприятие их белорусами и активизировавшие развитие негативной составляющей данного стереотипаThe evolution of the Belarusian stereotype of the Pole in the middle of 17th century is analyzed in this article.
