dc.description.abstract1The theses are devoted to the analysis of IT project development in order to improve management processes that ensure the sustainability of these projects to changes in content. In the theses, the software development life cycle is considered together with the life cycle of organizational changes for the implementation of which IT projects are developed. A holistic consideration of the organizational structure of IT projects allows us to identify the features of the dynamics of such projects, together with the factor of loss of project sustainability and, as a consequence, failure to achieve its goals.
