dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена розробці холодильної установка двокамерного холодильника для зберігання овочів площею 180 м2. Представлено опис холодильника. Розраховані коефіцієнти теплопередачі огорож камери та теплові потоки через них. Враховані додаткові теплоприпливи від людей, обладнання та ін. Вибрана та обґрунтована система охолодження. Обґрунтовано вибір холодильного агенту для холодильної машини. Розраховано цикл холодильної машини з побудовою на P-I діаграмі. На основі розрахунків було підібрано компресор, конденсатор, терморегулюючий вентиль та допоміжне обладнання холодильної установки. Виконано конструктивний розрахунок повітроохолоджувача та його основних елементів. Розроблена схема система автоматизації для холодильної установки холодильника для зберігання овочів. Описані основні елементи захисту, оповіщення та сигналізації розробленої системи автоматизації. Розглянуто основні положення охорону праці при роботі з холодильним обладнанням, питання освітленості та пожежної безпеки. Виконано розрахунок освітлення.
dc.description.abstract1The work is devoted to the development of a project of a refrigerating plant of a twochamber refrigerator for storing vegetables with an area of 180 m2 . A description of its main systems is presented. The calculated coefficients of heat transfer are the fence of the chamber and the heat flux through them. Additional heat flows from people, equipment, etc. are taken into account. The air cooling system of the hold with direct evaporation is chosen and grounded. The choice of refrigeration agent for a refrigeration machine is substantiated. The cycle of a refrigerating machine with a construction on the P-I diagram is calculated. On the basis of calculations, a compressor, a condenser, a thermostatic valve and auxiliary equipment of the refrigerator were selected. A constructive calculation of the air cooler and its main elements is performed. The scheme of the automation system for the refrigeration unit of the refrigerator hold is developed. The basic elements of protection, warning and signaling of the developed automation system are described. The main provisions of labor protection at work with refrigeration equipment, the issue of illumination and fire safety are considered. The calculation of the artificial lighting of the refrigerating chamber is done and the required number of lighting devices is selected.
