dc.description.abstractРефрижераторний контейнеровоз DOLE MAYA є знаковим проектом для SSP Shipbuilding Co.Ltd, так як це перший контейнеровоз місткістю 1700 контейнерів. Особливістю цього контейнеровоза є те, що судно оснащено останніми розробками захисту від дій піратів. У кваліфікаційній роботі виконано розрахунок енергетичної установки контейнеровозу DOLE MAYA, визначено ефективність її роботи на різних режимах, визначено основні параметри головного двигуна MAN B&W 7G60MEC9.5, розраховано характеристики комбінованого котла MJC фірми JiujiangMitsubishi Marine Boiler, спроектовано баластну систему, визначено характеристики потенційних небезпек і шкідливостей у машинному відділенні, розроблено рекомендації щодо засобів гасіння пожеж та дій екіпажу у разі їх виникнення. Графічна частина роботи складається з 5 креслень: структурні схеми СЕУ, діаграми потоків теплоти, двигун 7G60ME-C9.5, компонувальна схема котла MJC, схема баластної системи. Випускна бакалаврська робота викладена на 76 сторінках, містить 15 рисунків, 8 таблиць. Список використаної літератури становить 15 джерел.
dc.description.abstractengThe refrigerated container vessel DOLE MAYA is a landmark project for SSP Shipbuilding Co. Ltd, as it is the company’s first container ship with a capacity of 1,700 containers. A distinctive feature of this vessel is that it is equipped with the latest anti-piracy protection systems. In this qualification work, the calculation of the power plant of the container vessel DOLE MAYA was carried out, and the efficiency of its operation under various operating modes was determined. The main parameters of the MAN B&W 7G60MEC9.5 main engine were identified, the characteristics of the MJC composite boiler manufactured by Jiujiang-Mitsubishi Marine Boiler were calculated, and a ballast system was designed. In addition, the characteristics of potential hazards and harmful factors in the engine room were analyzed, and recommendations regarding firefighting equipment and crew actions in case of fire were developed. The graphical part of the work consists of 5 drawings: structural diagrams of the ship power plant, heat flow diagrams, the 7G60ME-C9.5 engine, the arrangement diagram of the MJC boiler, and the ballast system diagram. The bachelor’s thesis is presented on 76 pages and contains 15 figures and 8 tables. The list of references includes 15 sources.
