dc.description.abstractБицишин В.Л. Методичні засади формування швидкісних якостей учнів на уроках фізичної культури. Кваліфікаційна робота зі спеціальності 014 Середня освіта, освітньої програми «Середня освіта (Фізична культура)». Миколаїв: Національний університет кораблебудування імені адмірала Макарова, 2026. 57 с. Метою дослідження було теоретичне обґрунтування та експериментальна перевірка ефективності методичних засад формування швидкісних якостей учнів на уроках фізичної культури. Для досягнення мети та вирішення поставлених завдань обрано такі методи дослідження: аналіз і узагальнення науково-методичної літератури; педагогічне спостереження; педагогічний експеримент; тестування фізичної підготовленості; методи математичної статистики. Практичне значення роботи полягає в можливості використання результатів дослідження та розробленої методики в практичній діяльності вчителів фізичної культури, а також у системі підготовки майбутніх фахівців у галузі фізичного виховання і спорту.
dc.description.abstractengBychyshyn Methodological Foundations for Developing Students’ Speed Qualities in Physical Education Classes. Qualification work in the specialty 014 Secondary Education, educational program «Secondary Education (Physical Culture)». Mykolaiv: Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, 2026. 57 p. The aim of the study was to provide a theoretical justification and experimentally verify the effectiveness of the methodological foundations for developing students’ speed qualities in physical education classes. To achieve the objective and address the set tasks, the following research methods were selected: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature; pedagogical observation; pedagogical experiment; physical fitness testing; methods of mathematical statistics. The practical significance of this work lies in the possibility of using the research results and the developed methodology in the practical work of physical education teachers, as well as in the training of future specialists in the field of physical education and sports.
