dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна робота присвячена виявленню психологічних особливостей комунікаційної діяльності військового капелана в контексті надання психологічної допомоги. У роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз сутності капеланського служіння як інтегративної системи, що поєднує духовну підтримку та психологічну допомогу в умовах війни. На основі емпіричного дослідження 40 військових капеланів встановлено, що ядро їхньої професійної структури складають емпатія, комунікативна компетентність та конструктивні стратегії поведінки. Виявлено, що 56,7% респондентів володіють високим рівнем емпатії, а 53,3% орієнтовані на конструктивний діалог у кризових ситуаціях. Практична значущість роботи полягає у розробці рекомендацій для вдосконалення системи підготовки, тренінгів та супервізії капеланів для підвищення ефективності їхньої діяльності в екстремальних умовах.
dc.description.abstractengThe qualification work is devoted to identifying the psychological features of the military chaplain's communication activity in the context of providing psychological assistance. The paper provides a theoretical analysis of the essence of chaplaincy ministry as an integrative system that combines spiritual support and psychological assistance in war conditions. Based on an empirical study of 40 military chaplains, it was established that the core of their professional structure consists of empathy, communicative competence, and constructive behavior strategies. It was found that 56.7% of respondents possess a high level of empathy, and 53.3% are oriented toward constructive dialogue in crisis situations. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of recommendations for improving the system of training, exercises, and supervision of chaplains to increase the effectiveness of their activities in extreme conditions.
