dc.description.abstractРозглянуто сучасні підходи до виготовлення зубчастих муфт із бочкоподібними зубцями, які використовуються у суднових трансмісійних системах. Висвітлено принципи формування коронкової поверхні зубця, типові похибки та методи їх компенсації, сучасні методи контролю точності профілю, зокрема 3D-сканування та координатні вимірювання.
dc.description.abstract1Modern technologies for the manufacture and inspection of barrel-shaped (crowned) teeth in marine gear couplings are analyzed. Particular emphasis is given to CNC machining, grinding, and combined finishing techniques, alongside digital inspection methods such as 3D laser scanning and coordinate measurement. Current international studies are reviewed, confirming that crowned profiles significantly improve load distribution, reduce stress peaks, and extend service life under shaft misalignment conditions.
