dc.description.abstractМетою даного дипломного проекту є дослідження державного управління природно-заповідним фондом України в умовах воєнного стану. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність і рівень розробленості обраної теми; визначено мету й основні завдання, об’єкт, предмет та методи дослідження; описано наукову новизну; встановлено практичне значення одержаних результатів; вказано про апробацію результатів дослідження; зазначено структуру й обсяги роботи. На початку роботи окреслено теоретичні засади державного управління природно-заповідним фондом, а саме: розглянуто становлення та розвиток державного управління природно-заповідним фондом на теренах сучасної України; розкрито сутність державного управління природно-заповідним фондом, визначено його завдання та принципи. Основна частина роботи присвячена розкриттю окремих аспекти державного управління природно-заповідним фондом України на сучасному етапі. Безпосередньо охарактеризовано землі природно-заповідного фонду як об’єкта державного управління; систематизовано нормативно-правове забезпечення державного управління природно-заповідним фондом України;описано суб’єктів державного управління природно-заповідним фондом України. Наприкінці роботи проаналізовано сучасний стан вітчизняного природно-заповідного фонду у зоні окупації та активних бойових дій та сформульовано способи удосконалення державного управління природно-заповідним фондом України.
dc.description.abstract1The thesis project is devoted to the study of the public management of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine under martial law. In the introduction the relevance and level of theme development are substantiated; the purpose and main tasks, object, subject and methods of research are determined; the scientific novelty is describes; the practical value of the obtained results of master’s work is established; approbation of research results is indicated; the structure and scope of work are indicated. At the beginning of the work, the theoretical principles of public management of the nature reserve fund are outlined, namely: the formation and development of public management of the nature reserve fund in the territory of modern Ukraine are considered; the essence of public management of the nature reserve fund is revealed, its tasks and principles are determined. The main part of the work is devoted to revealing certain aspects of public management of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine at the present stage. The lands of the nature reserve fund as an object of state management are characterized. The regulatory and legal support for public management of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine is systematized. The subjects of public management of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine are described. At the end of the work, the current state of the national nature reserve fund in the zone of occupation and active hostilities is analyzed. Ways to improve public management of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine are formulated
