dc.description.abstractВ кваліфікаційній роботі виконана реконструкція котельні тепловою потужністю 6,5 МВт з дослідженням парових котельних установок. Для підвищення ефективності роботи котельні пропонується замінити старі чавунні економайзери сталевими газощільними. В роботі надані характеристики котельні до реконструкції та пропозиції щодо використання нового обладнання. Наведено розрахунок теплового навантаження котельні на опалення, розрахунок теплової схеми котельні після реконструкції, підбір основного обладнання, розрахунок хімводоочищення та системи газопостачання. Досліджені шляхи підвищення ефективності парових котельних установок, вдосконалення процесів у топках, зменшення коефіцієнту надлишку повітря, зменшення теплових втрат до навколишнього середовища та зменшення температури вихлопних газів. Зроблений тепловий розрахунок котельного агрегату ДЕ-10-14, а також економайзера котельні.
dc.description.abstract1The qualification work includes the reconstruction of a boiler house with a thermal capacity of 6.5 MW with a study of steam boiler plants. To increase the efficiency of the boiler house, it is proposed to replace the old cast-iron economizers with steel gas-tight ones. The work provides the characteristics of the boiler house before reconstruction and proposals for the use of new equipment. The calculation of the heat load of the boiler house for heating, the calculation of the thermal scheme of the boiler house after reconstruction, the selection of basic equipment, the calculation of chemical water treatment and the gas supply system are presented. Ways of increasing the efficiency of steam boiler plants, improving processes in furnaces, reducing the excess air coefficient, reducing heat losses to the environment and reducing the temperature of exhaust gases are investigated. A thermal calculation of the DE-10-14 boiler unit and the boiler house economizer is made.
