dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано сучасний стан фізичної культури і спорту в Україні, зокрема, проблеми низького рівня фізичної активності населення, недоступності спортивної інфраструктури для осіб з інвалідністю та високого рівня вживання допінгу. Розглянуто основні етапи реалізації Стратегії розвитку фізичної культури і спорту до 2028 року та вплив Державної програми "Здорова Україна" на популяризацію активного способу життя. Окрему увагу приділено ролі фізичного виховання в освітньому процесі, його значенню для гармонійного розвитку особистості та формування соціальних навичок. В умовах сучасних викликів, повномасштабної війни обґрунтовано необхідність адаптації фізичного виховання до нових реалій, у тім числі впровадження цифрових технологій та мобільних додатків в освітній процес закладів вищої освіти
dc.description.abstract1The article analyzes the current state of physical culture and sports in Ukraine, focusing on issues such as low levels of physical activity among the population, the inaccessibility of sports infrastructure for individuals with disabilities, and the © В. Лелека high prevalence of doping. The key stages of implementing the Physical Culture and Sports Development Strategy until 2028 are examined, along with the impact of the national program "Healthy Ukraine" on promoting an active lifestyle. Particular attention is given to the role of physical education in the educational process, emphasizing its significance for the harmonious development of individuals and the formation of social skills. In light of contemporary challenges, particularly the full-scale war, the necessity of adapting physical education to new realities is substantiated, including the integration of digital technologies and mobile applications into the educational process of higher educational institutions.
