dc.description.abstractРозглядається сутність та принципи особистісно-орієнтованої парадигми освіти. Сучасна система вищої освіти України поступово змінюється, переходячи від когнітивної моделі до особистісно-орієнтованого навчання здобувачів освіти. Для успішної реалізації цієї освітньої моделі у навчанні істориків необхідно не лише забезпечити їх високою професійною підготовкою для виконання традиційних завдань, але й розвинути здатність ефективно адаптуватися до складних і нестандартних ситуацій, з якими вони можуть зіткнутися в професійній діяльності.
dc.description.abstract1The essence and principles of the personality-oriented paradigm of education are considered. The modern system of higher education in Ukraine is gradually changing, moving from a cognitive model to personalityoriented education of students. For the successful implementation of this educational model in the education of history students, it is necessary not only to provide them with high professional training to perform traditional tasks, but also to develop the ability to effectively adapt to complex and non-standard situations that they may encounter in professional activities.
