dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядаються ключові аспекти формування ефективної інноваційної політики, яка сприяє забезпеченню сталого розвитку країни. Аналізуються основні чинники, що визначають успішність інноваційної політики, зокрема, роль державних і приватних інституцій, науково-дослідницької діяльності, освітньої системи та інфраструктури для підтримки інновацій. Окрему увагу приділено механізмам взаємодії між урядом, бізнесом і науковими установами, а також аналізу міжнародного досвіду в сфері вибору напрямків інноваційного розвитку та особливостей формування інноваційної політики провідних країн. Стаття також пропонує практичні рекомендації для удосконалення інноваційної політики на національному рівні із врахуванням сучасного складного періоду функціонування української економіки, з метою підвищення конкурентоспроможності країни на світовому ринку та забезпечення її економічного зростання у повоєнний період.
dc.description.abstract1The article is devoted to the study of the aspects of forming an effective innovation policy aimed at ensuring sustainable development of the country. In the context of globalization challenges and rapid technological change, countries must adapt their development strategies, focusing on innovation as the main driver of economic progress. The author analyzes the main components of innovation policy, including the role of government regulation, investment in science and technology, human capital development, and integration of the national innovation system into international economic processes. In particular, the article discusses the factors that determine the effectiveness of innovation policy: a combination of economic, social and cultural aspects, a favorable institutional environment, support for entrepreneurship and research, and optimization of management mechanisms at all levels of government. The study of the dynamics of innovation processes in the economy, the study of factors influencing innovation activity, the analysis of risks associated with the introduction of innovations, and the identification of prospects for innovation activity make it possible to identify the main problem areas of innovation activity and form groups of innovation risks. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms of interaction between government, business and scientific institutions, as well as to the analysis of international experience in choosing areas of innovative development and the peculiarities of forming the innovation policy of leading countries. The author emphasizes the role of education and science as key factors determining the competitiveness of a nation on the world stage. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach to innovation policy that will ensure sustainable economic development and facilitate the country's integration into the global economy. The author also offers practical recommendations for improving the innovation policy at the national level, taking into account the current difficult period of functioning of the Ukrainian economy, in order to increase the country's competitiveness in the world market and ensure its economic growth in the post-war period.
