dc.description.abstractВ роботі проведено дослідження основних теоретико-методологічних й економіко-організаційних аспектів категорії трудового потенціалу підприємства. Розроблена схема функціонального механізму управління розвитком трудового потенціалу підприємства, що передбачає виділення найістотніших складових механізму управління: системи елементів механізму; сукупності взаємозв’язків між елементами; функцій управління, врахування необхідності досягнення поставлених цілей, факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, що сприятиме більш ефективному управлінню трудовим поте нціалом підприємства. Представлені напрями розвитку та ефективного використання трудового потенціалу підприємства.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1Abstract. In the work of the authors, research is conducted in the field of personnel management in the conditions of development of a socially oriented society, which requires taking into account, along with the ability of employees to work, their socio-psychological qualities, the intellectual level, the possibilities of innovation activity, activation of which makes it possible to more fully realize labor potential. The development of labor potential, as a crucial precondition for socio-economic stabilization, becomes the basis for ensuring the productivity of the national economy. There is a complication of reproductive factors of labor potential; there are negative trends in the structure of employment and quality of labor. Enterprises are beginning to pay significant attention to the development of their labor potential. In the scientific, article the study of the main theoretical-methodological and economic-organizational aspects of the category of labor potential of the enterprise. The scheme of the functional mechanism for managing the development of the labor potential of the enterprise is developed, which involves the allocation of the most significant components of the control mechanism: the system elements of the mechanism; set of interconnections between elements; management functions, taking into account the need to achieve the set goals, factors of the external and internal environment, which will promote more efficient management of the labor potential of the enterprise. The main tasks of the mechanism of development and effective use of the labor potential of the enterprise are presented.uk_UA
