dc.description.abstractМетою написання статті є дослідження сучасних стану формування гендерних стереотипів у бізнесі та аналізу демократичних перетворень у цьому напрямі. Розкрито концептуальні підходи досліджень в області гендерних аспектів лідерства. Наведено неформальні ролі жінок-лідерів у чоловічому діловому світі. Розкрито відмінності у якостях, стилях управління, професійному самовизначенню успішних жінок і чоловіків. Наведено приклад моделі реалізації гендерних пріоритетів з переліком складових компонентів.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1The purpose of writing this article is to study the current state of gender stereotypes in business and analyze democratic transformations in this direction. In modern economic conditions, the study of gender stereotypes is becoming increasingly important. It has long been accepted that only men can show better management practices, as women are no longer inclined to make risky decisions. The main conceptual approaches in the field of gender stereotypes are divided into the dominance of gender over leadership, or vice versa, and both aspects are considered equal. It is determined that in fact, for successful leadership work, women need to choose the role of "mother", "seducer", "iron lady" or "mascot". It has been proven that the role chosen for a woman leader depends on the psychological confidence in her career and the support of colleagues. It is determined that with the development of a democratic society, the role of women leaders is being redefined. Practice shows a positive effect of the role of women leaders. It is proved that it is important for the democratic transformation of gender stereotypes to form a state model of support for gender priorities, which takes into account economic, social and institutional components and is divided into functional, methodological and executive blocks.uk_UA
