Моделі та механізми ціннісного підходу в управлінні медичними проектами = Models and mechanisms of value-based approach in the management of medical projects

Abstract

У дисертаційній роботі вирішене актуальне науково-прикладне завдання створення та дослідження моделей та механізмів управління МП на основі ціннісного підходу. Для прогнозування кількості споживачів ПНМП використано нечітку логіку "F-перетворення". Для вирішення задачі з пошуку альтернатив ЖЦ МП за допомогою мінімізації модифікованої мережі Петрі, окремим випадком якої є графік Ганта, для мультипроектів в медичній галузі = The dissertation is devoted to the problem of developing and researching the models and mechanisms of management of medical projects on the basis of the value approach. A mathematical model for forecasting medical data (number of clients of projects for the provision of medical services) has been developed with the help of fuzzy logic "F-transformation", which, unlike existing ones, allows to predict the number of health care users from a small sample of statistical data with the slightest error. An approach has been proposed to solve the problem of finding alternatives to the life-cycle of a medical project by minimizing the modified Petri network.
