dc.description.abstractЛарцин Р.Р. Забезпечення економічної безпеки України в умовах глобальних викликів – кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття ступеня вищої освіти «бакалавр». – Національний університет кораблебудування імені адмірала Макарова, м. Миколаїв, 2026. В роботі досліджено теоретичні основи економічної безпеки держави, а саме: розглянуто поняття та сутність економічної безпеки держави, основні компоненти економічної безпеки, критерії та індикатори оцінки економічної безпеки. За наслідками проведеного аналізу визначено чинники впливу на економічну безпеку України: внутрішні (корупція, тіньова економіка, дефіцит бюджету, відтік капіталу, боргове навантаження) та зовнішні (залежність від імпорту енергоресурсів, глобальні економічні кризи, санкції, воєнні ризики). У зв’язку з чим запропоновано шляхи та механізми забезпечення економічної безпеки України в умовах сучасних глобальних викликів, впровадження яких в Україні дозволить: 1) інтегруватися у колективні безпекові та економічні структури Заходу; 2) здійснити диверсифікацію в критичних секторах – енергетика, транспорт, технології – з метою уникнення монопольної залежності; 3) розбудувати національні інституції та законодавство для протидії гібридним загрозам (фінансовим злочинам, кібератакам, дезінформації); 4) стимулювати внутрішню стійкість через підтримку бізнесу, інновацій, розвиток інфраструктури.

Ensuring Ukraine’s economic security in the face of global challenges – qualifying work for obtaining the degree of higher education «bachelor». – Admiral Makarov National Shipbuilding University, Mykolaiv, 2026. The thesis examines the theoretical foundations of state economic security, namely: the concept and essence of state economic security, the main components of economic security, as well as the criteria and indicators for its assessment. Based on the findings of the conducted analysis, the factors influencing Ukraine's economic security have been identified: internal factors (corruption, shadow economy, budget deficit, capital flight, debt burden) and external factors (dependence on energy resource imports, global economic crises, sanctions, and military risks). In this regard, pathways and mechanisms for ensuring Ukraine's economic security under current global challenges have been proposed, the implementation of which in Ukraine will make it possible to: 1) integrate into collective Western security and economic structures; 2) achieve diversification in critical sectors – energy, transport, and technology – in order to avoid monopolistic dependence; 3) develop national institutions and legislation to counter hybrid threats (financial crimes, cyberattacks, and disinformation); 4) stimulate domestic resilience through support for business, innovation, infrastructure development.
