У роботі узагальнено теоретико-методичні основи формування конкурентних переваг підприємства; розглянуто концепцію досягнення стійких конкурентних переваг аграрних підприємств, яка базується на поєднанні ринкових та ресурсних підходів. Також визначено тенденції розвитку фермерських господарств та здійснено аналіз їх діяльності. Визначено економічні умови діяльності досліджуваного господарства та досліджено його товарну, цінову та збутову політику. Formation of competitive advantages and the mechanism for developing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. – Kherson Educational and Scientific Institute of the Admiral Makarov National Shipbuilding University, 2024. – Manuscript. The paper summarizes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of competitive advantages of an enterprise; considers the concept of achieving sustainable competitive advantages of agricultural enterprises, whichisbased on a combination of market and resource approaches. Also, the trends in the development of farms are determined and their activities are analyzed. The economic conditions of the studied farm are determined and its commodity, priceand sales policy are investigated. The paper also substantiates the formation of an organizational and economic mechanism for developing the competitiveness of enterprises; identifies ways to improve the financial and credit mechanism of agricultural enterprises; highlights the directions for improving the mechanism of state support for agricultural enterprises.
