| dc.description.abstracteng | Modern industry needs new materials with improved characteristics of strength, durability and resistance to dynamic loading. This makes the study of materials at the micro level relevant, when continuous models no longer provide sufficient information. This paper proposes a theoretical and experimental model for determining the stiffness coefficient of interatomic bonds in solids. The model combines well-known methods of studying the strength properties of materials with the measurement of changes in the cross-section of the sample. The model we propose allows you to calculate more accurate values of constant values included in the potential of interatomic interaction, calculate the displacement of atoms in the structural units of matter under the influence of various influences, predict the physical properties of materials, coefficients of thermal conductivity, thermal expansion of bodies, energy of phase transitions, etc. to obtain potentials and stiffness coefficients of interatomic bonds of complex structural units consisting of heterogeneous atoms. Also, this mathematical model allows you to study the physical properties of materials at the micro level, combines theoretical and experimental methods, adjusts the value of constant values in the potential of interatomic interaction on the basis of experimental data, and allows you to predict various physical properties of materials. The described mathematical model can be used to study various materials, including composite and nanostructured, the model can be refined to take into account the influence of various factors, such as temperature, pressure, defects in the crystal structure, the results of research can be used to develop new materials with improved characteristics. | |
