dc.description.abstractУ статті узагальнено сучасні теоретичні підходи та моделі інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку у діяльність малих та середніх підприємств. Обґрунтовано, що зростання екологічних, соціальних та економічних викликів зумовлює перехід від фрагментарного впровадження корпоративної соціальної відповідальності до системної інтеграції принципів сталості у стратегічне й операційне управління МСП. Систематизовано ключові підходи до інтеграції сталого розвитку, зокрема інституційний, стейкхолдер-орієнтований, стратегічний та цифрово-інтеграційний. Визначено основні моделі інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку: ESG-орієнтовану модель, модель сталих бізнес-моделей, концепцію створення спільної цінності, циркулярну та цифрово-інтеграційну модель. Запропоновано концептуальну модель інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку у діяльність МСП в умовах цифровізації економіки, що відображає взаємодію інституційних умов, стратегічного управління, операційних процесів і ресурсного забезпечення, де цифрові технології виступають системоутворюючим фактором формування сталого цифрового підприємництва.
dc.description.abstract1The article examines modern approaches and models for integrating sustainable development principles into the activities of small and medium-sized enterprises in the context of digital transformation of the economy. It is substantiated that the growth of environmental, social and economic challenges increases the need to transition from the fragmented implementation of elements of corporate social responsibility to the systematic integration of sustainability principles into the strategic and operational management of enterprises. It is established that sustainable development of entrepreneurship is formed on the basis of a combination of economic efficiency, social responsibility and environmental balance in accordance with the concept of the «Triple Bottom Line». The study systematizes key scientific approaches to the integration of sustainable development principles into business activities, in particular institutional, stakeholder-oriented, strategic and digital-integration. Based on the analysis of modern scientific sources, the main models of integrating the principles of sustainable development into the activities of small and medium-sized enterprises have been identified, including the ESG-oriented model, the model of sustainable business models, the concept of creating shared value, the circular model and the digital-integration model of sustainable development. It has been shown that their common characteristic is a comprehensive combination of economic, social and environmental aspects of enterprise development, as well as an orientation towards long-term sustainability and the formation of competitive advantages. A conceptual model of integrating the principles of sustainable development into the activities of small and mediumsized enterprises in the context of the digitalization of the economy has been proposed. The model reflects a multi-level system of interaction between the institutional environment, strategic management, organizational-process and resource levels of enterprise development. It has been determined that digital technologies act as a system-forming factor that ensures the integration of management processes, increased transparency of activities, the development of ESG analytics and the formation of a synergistic effect of sustainable digital entrepreneurship. It is substantiated that the combination of digital technologies with the principles of sustainable development helps to increase the competitiveness of enterprises, optimize the use of resources, strengthen the trust of stakeholders, and minimize the negative impact on the environment.
