dc.description.abstractПроаналізовано соціально-економічні процеси та політичні трансформації, що відбувалися на Північному Причорномор’ї у 1917–1921 рр. У дослідженні наголошено на впливі революційних подій, розпаду російської імперії й громадянської війни на регіон. Проаналізовано зміни в системі влади: від спроб утвердження УНР до встановлення радянських структур та тимчасової окупації силами Антанти й білогвардійців. Значну увагу приділено аграрному питанню як ключовому фактору регіональної нестабільності: показано самочинний характер перерозподілу землі, спротив селян продовольчим реквізиціям і формування повстанських рухів. Розкрито страйкову активність робітництва та економічні труднощі підприємців, що загострювали соціальні суперечності.
dc.description.abstract1The socio-economic processes and political transformations that took place in the Northern Black Sea region during 1917–1921 are examined. The study emphasizes the impact of revolutionary events, the collapse of the russian empire, and the Civil War on the region. Changes in the system of power are analyzed: from the attempts of the Ukrainian People's Republic (UNR) to assert control to the establishment of Soviet institutions and the temporary occupation by the Entente forces and the White Army. Considerable attention is given to the agrarian issue as a key factor of regional instability: the spontaneous redistribution of land, peasant resistance to food requisitions, and the formation of insurgent movements are highlighted. The strike activity of industrial workers and the economic difficulties faced by entrepreneurs, which intensified social contradictions, are also revealed.
