dc.description.abstract1The scientific work is devoted to the issue of sustainable development of various corporate structures in order to increase their level of security through the use of consolidation strategies. The econometric modeling of the use of the strategic approach in the corporate consolidation of business structures has been carried out; the indicators of corporate governance estimate on the pre-integration phase have been proposed. The model of corporatization of corporate structures and the growth of the level of corporate security within the framework of consolidation strategies have been developed based on the emergent effect of the new structure. The methodical approach has been formed in order to optimize the choice of business structures that claim to become part of the consolidated system.uk_UA
