dc.description.abstractУ магістерській роботі на тему «Розвиток кадрового менеджменту в сфері охорони здоров’я» розкрито теоретичні основи менеджменту в закладах охорони здоров’я. Проведено аналіз кадрового потенціалу в медичних закладах. Розроблено механізм розвитку кадрового менеджменту в закладах охорони здоров’я. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування підходів до системи кадрового менеджменту сфери охорони здоров’я в умовах реформування галузі. Набули подальшого розвитку: механізми кадрового менеджменту в закладах охорони здоров’я на основі анілізу стану кадрового забезпечення та системи оплати праці для ефективного управління кадровими ресурсами з використанням безперервної медичної освіти на основі інформаційних веб-технологій.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1In the master's thesis Shabardiy GV on the topic "Development of personnel management in the field of health care" the theoretical foundations of management in health care institutions are revealed. The analysis of personnel potential in medical institutions is carried out. A mechanism for the development of personnel management in health care facilities has been developed. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the approaches to the system of personnel management in the field of health care in the context of reforming the industry. The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological principles of personnel management in health care institutions. Scientific novelty of the obtained results. Further developed: mechanisms of personnel management in health care facilities based on the analysis of the state of staffing and remuneration system for effective management of human resources using continuous medical education based on information web technologies.uk_UA
