dc.description.abstractПроаналізовані деякі аспекти переходу від азбестових до безазбестових технологій. Розглянута поточна ситуація з відновленням пошкоджених будівель. У припущенні розвитку поточної ситуації в умовах реальної невизначеності запропоновано моніторинг організовувати не як моніторинг програми виконання відновлення будівель, а як моніторинг розвитку ситуації в цілому.
dc.description.abstract1Aspects of the transition from asbestos to asbestos-free technologies are analyzed. The current situation with the restoration of damaged buildings is considered. In the assumption of the development of the current situation in conditions of real uncertainty, it is proposed to organize the monitoring not as a monitoring of the implementation program of building restoration, but as a monitoring of the development of the situation as a whole.
