| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджено сутність категорій «міжнародна інвестиційна привабливість територіальних громад», «інвестиційний клімат», «інвестиційний потенціал», «інвестиційна активність», співвідношення між ними, встановлено основні рекомендації щодо підвищення рівня інвестиційної привабливості для громад та рівня інвестиційного клімату в країні. На основі аналізу стану та тенденцій розвитку іноземного інвестування в Україні продемонстровано, що ефективність діяльності територіальної громади щодо залучення іноземних інвестицій залежить не тільки від власних зусиль, а й від ряду зовнішніх чинників. З дослідження ряду наукових публікацій та практичних прикладів залучення іноземних інвестицій у розвиток громад встановлено перелік основних напрямків діяльності стосовно організації успішної роботи по акумуляції інвестиційних ресурсів в громаді та зацікавлення іноземних інвесторів. | |
| dc.description.abstract1 | Investments in the national economy are important. Their presence contributes to expanded production, subject to efficient use of resources. The issue of attracting investment resources is relevant for all those who need them – citizens, legal entities and the state. This issue is also relevant for united territorial communities. They are the basic elements of the national economy, and the effective development of the local economy determines the overall development of the country's economy. The resource potential of territorial communities serves to ensure the socio-economic development of territories and the effectiveness of the functioning of local self-government. Of all resources, financial ones play a key role in the success of their operation. Of all the mechanisms for forming and increasing the level of financial capacity of communities, investments ensure the distribution of income and risks between investment entities, i.e., communities have more freedom and responsibility in the process of their implementation, the process involves both the communities themselves and economic entities that involved in this. And all the mentioned participants of the investment process, including investors, are interested in the results, which positively affects the efficiency of investment activities. Therefore, in this article, we consider the issue of attracting foreign investment in the development of territorial communities. Based on the analysis of the state and trends in the development of foreign investment in Ukraine, the article demonstrates that the effectiveness of the territorial community in attracting foreign investment depends not only on its own efforts, but also on a number of external factors. First of all, the effectiveness of attracting foreign investment in the development of territorial communities depends on the general trends of foreign investment in the country. In the course of the study, the authors characterize the investigated processes by explaining the essence of the categories "international investment attractiveness of territorial communities", "investment climate", "investment potential", "investment activity", establish the relationship between them and formulate the main recommendations for increasing the level of investment attractiveness for communities and level of investment climate in the country. Based on the study of a number of scientific publications and practical examples of attracting foreign investment in the development of communities, a list of the main areas of activity related to the organization of successful work on the accumulation of investment resources in the community and the interest of foreign investors was established. | |
