Abstract

У статті порівнюються можливості вивчення іноземних мов у країнах ЄС і в Україні, а також причини зниження рівня володіння іноземними мовами українськими школярами і студентамиIn this article possibilities of learning of foreign languages in the countries of EU and in Ukraine, and also the reasons of decrease in level of proficiency in foreign languages in the Ukrainian school students and students are compared.
