dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено проблеми й виклики цифрової трансформації української системи охорони здоров'я: діджиталізація на національному рівні, розробка Національної стратегія розвитку eHealth, станда-ртизація, забезпечення технічних можливостей, захист персональних даних пацієнтів і лікарів, уніфіковані рішення для інфраструктури, вільний доступ до Інтернету усіх верств населення, підготовка фахівців для впровадження та супроводу eHealth, яка обов’язково повинна бути сфокусована на людині. Розкриті сучасні тенденції глобальної цифрової трансформації охорони здоров'я у 2020 році. Запропоновано використання на-ступних технології цифрової медицини в Україні: медична допомога за потребою, телемедичні послуги, ліку-вання пацієнтів за допомогою віртуальної реальності, носіння персонального медичного обладнання, обробка великих масивів даних у сфері охорони здоров'я, блокчейн та штучний інтелект. Розкриті переваги для суспіль-ства від виростання сучасних тенденції глобальної цифрової трансформації в українській системі охорони здоров'я.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1Abstract. Problem statement: The digital transformation in the healthcare industry is quite slow compared to technological, financial, manufacturing and other industries. Research results: The article examines problems and challenges of digital transformation of the Ukrainian healthcare system are analyzed: digitalization at the national level, development of the National eHealth development strategy, standardization, providing technical capabilities, protection of personal data of patients and doctors, unified infrastructure solutions, free Internet access for all segments of thepopulation, training of specialists for the imp lementation and support of eHealth, which must be focused on the person. The eHealth system should become a tool that will allow managing the flow of patients, analyzing the efficiency and quality of medical services, creating a system of support for clinical decisions, financial reporting and more. Conclusions: Ukrainian companies and medical institutions need to think about the right strategy to use affordable digital health technologies to improve the quality of life of society as a whole. Current trends in the global digital transformation of healthcare in 2020 are revealed. It is proposed to use the following digital medicine technologies in Ukraine: medical care on demand, telemedicine services, treatment of patients using virtual reality, wearing personal medical equipment, processing large data sets in the field of health care, blockchain and artificial intelligence. The advantages for the society from the growth of modern tendencies of global digital transformation in the Ukrainian healthcare system are revealed.uk_UA
