dc.description.abstract1The influence of the level measurement error on the total LPG tank inventory error is studied. This paper provides short description of the most common level sensing techniques for LPG and GWR technique is concluded as the best solution. It is shown that GWR sensors are sensitive to the properties of the LPG vapor phase. Based on experimental data about dielectric properties of the LPG vapor phase the level measurements correction technique developed. The results of practical application of developed technique show that the level measurement error caused by the change of the vapor phase properties can be reduces almost 3 times.uk_UA
