Кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня магістр за спеціальністю 073 "Менеджмент" – Національний університет кораблебудування імені адмірала Макарова, Миколаїв, 2022. Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена актуальним проблемам теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів вдосконалення інноваційної діяльності у сфери охорони здоров'я. У роботі розглянуто сутність і зміст страхової діяльності й медичного страхування. Розкриті проблеми фінансування медичного страхування в Україні. Розглянуто системи медичного страхування зарубіжних країн. Проведено аналіз ринку медичного страхування в Україні та досліджено систему медичного страхування. Запропоновано науково-методичний підхід щодо реалізації медичного страхування як єдиного комплексу, що сприятиме запровадженню державної та приватної підсистем фінансового забезпечення, підвищенню ефективності менеджменту в поєднанні з розвитком медичної науки та забезпечить поступові зміни в системі охорони здоров’я, що позитивно впливатиме на поліпшення здоров’я населення й підвищення соціально-економічної ефективності медичної галузі України. Розроблено модель впровадження мікрострахування для розвитку добровільного медичного страхування в Україні, що сприяєтиме вирішенню ряду соціальних проблем, забезпечуючи медичне обслуговування всіх категорій громадян та дозволить залучити до страхування нових споживачів страхових послуг з нижчим ризиком для них втрати своїх коштів.

"Formation and development of medical insurance in Ukraine" Qualification work for obtaining the educational and qualification level of master in the specialty 073 "Management" – Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, Mykolaiv, 2022. Master's degree work is devoted to actual problems of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of improvement of innovative activities in the field of health care. The work examines the essence and content of insurance activity and medical insurance. The problems of financing medical insurance in Ukraine have been revealed. The medical insurance systems of foreign countries are considered. The analysis of the health insurance market in Ukraine was carried out and the health insurance system was studied. A scientific and methodological approach to the implementation of health insurance as a single complex is proposed, which will contribute to the introduction of state and private subsystems of financial support, increase the efficiency of management in combination with the development of medical science, and ensure gradual changes in the health care system, which will positively affect the improvement of health i population and increasing the socio-economic efficiency of the medical industry of Ukraine. A model for the introduction of microinsurance has been developed for the development of voluntary health insurance in Ukraine, which will contribute to solving a number of social problems, providing medical care for all categories of citizens and will allow attracting new consumers of insurance services with a lower risk of losing their funds to insurance.
