dc.description.abstractГлобальні виклики, які стоять перед світовою економікою з кожним роком стають все більш комплексними та масштабними. В умовах різкого скорочення природних ресурсів, значного погіршення якості повітря, води, ґрунту та негативного впливу на природні екосистеми, міжнародні проблеми поводження з відходами стали досить актуальними і потребують пошуку найкращих рішень і технологій. Тому особливої уваги заслуговує перехід до циркулярної економіки, питання розвитку якої перебувають на порядку денному органів державної влади, бізнес-середовища, науково-дослідних інститутів та неурядових організацій різних країн світу. Концепція циркулярної економіки тісно пов’язана з ефективністю використання природних ресурсів на системному рівні, відповідно протягом усього життєвого циклу продукції, а також з перетворенням відходів у нові ресурси для інших галузей. В статті наведено принципи циркулярної економіки, а також основні і додаткові показники, які дають змогу відстежувати ефективність застосування кожного принципу. В циркулярній економіці ці показники доповнюють ВВП, який є головним індикатором поточного стану економіки. Визначено, що успішний перехід до циркулярної економіки передбачає запровадження циклічності та стійкості на всіх етапах ланцюга створення вартості, від проектування до виробництва і, нарешті, до споживача. Наведено пріоритетні сектори розширення ринків продуктів замкнутого циклу в умовах розвитку циркулярної економіки: відходи електричного та електронного обладнання, продукти харчування, вода та поживні речовини, пакування, акумулятори та транспортні засоби, будівлі та будівництво, пластмаси, текстиль. Таким чином циркулярна економіка має як операційні, так і стратегічні переваги та поєднує величезний потенціал для створення позитивних ефектів в екологічній, соціально-економічній і діловій сферах. Головними перевагами такого підходу є економія природних ресурсів, зберігання енергії, води, розвиток циклічних виробництв та збільшення кількості робочих місць. Обґрунтовано комплексний підхід для подальшого розвитку циркулярної економіки. Головною умовою є формування готовності суспільства змінювати свої споживчі звички з переважанням використання товарів замкнутого циклу.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1Every year the world economy has been facing the global challenges of increasing complexity and of greater scale. Under the conditions of considerable reduction of natural resources, significant deterioration of air, water, soil quality and negative impact on natural ecosystems, international problems of waste management have become of significant importance and requiring better solutions and technologies to be found. Therefore, transition to circular economy which development issues are included in calendar of business of governmental authorities, business environment, scientific research institutes and non-governmental organizations of different countries worldwide is of particular importance. The circular economy concept is closely related to efficiency of natural resources utilization at the system level, consistently over a period of the entire product life-cycle as well as with transformation of wastes into new resources for other industries. The article describes the circular economy principles as well as main and additional indexes enabling to monitor efficiency of every principle application. These indexes of the circular economy supplement Gross Domestic Product which is the main indicator of the current state of the economy. It is determined the successful transition to the circular economy implies implementation of cyclicality and stability at all the stages of value creation chain commencing from designing to production and finally to a consumer. Prioritized areas of the market’s expansion of the closed cycle products under the conditions of the circular economy development are specified: wastes of electric and electronic equipment, food products, water and nutritive substances, packing, storage batteries and transport vehicles, buildings and construction, plastic products, textile fabrics. Therefore, the circular economy has operational and strategic advantages and combines vast potential to create positive results in ecological, social and economic and business fields. Main advantages of the said approach: saving of natural resources, conservation of energy, water, development of circular production units and increase of number of jobs. Integrated approach to further development of the circular economy is substantiated. The key element is formation of readiness of society as a whole to change its habits towards widespread use of circular products and creation of new platforms and interaction patterns of producers and consumers of closed cycle products.uk_UA
