Наводиться правова характеристика дефініції "інтенсивність праці". Визначається взаємозв’язок між цими поняттями в аспекті роботи працівників вищих навчальних закладів. Надаються пропозиції до чинного законодавства для того, щоб удосконалити правовідносини між роботодавцем та найманими працівниками.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1The article emphasizes the legal significance of the supplements and supplements in the field of education at the legislative level. For the teaching staff of each higher educational institution, the guarantee of such benefits becomes important, the difference between these concepts from each other and many other contentious issues. The difference between these concepts is analyzed. Before the heads of educational institutions put a whole range of issues that did not occur before. One of these issues is financial strength. Decentralization has affected the educational space. She encouraged new decisions, which are not always perceived by the labor collective. Definitions of "surcharges" and "surcharges", their legal settlement and the difference of these concepts fall into such a plane. Each company independently determines in a collective agreement a list and procedure of calculation of allowances to be paid to employees. However, this statement can not be applied to surcharges. The legal characteristic of the definition of "labor intensity" is conducted. Determination of a list of professions (positions) is charged an additional payment in a collective agreement or other local regulatory document of the enterprise. The supplement will be paid for the intensity of work after taking into account the results of the professional activities of these employees. Interdependence between these concepts in the aspect of work of higher education institutions employees is determined. Many of the employer’s responsibilities are of a moral nature. Managers must have knowledge of law, economics, administration, finance, personnel management and ecology. There is a need for immediate changes to the labor legislation of Ukraine, which introduced appropriate legal mechanisms for imposing liability on the employer for non-compliance or violation of the laws of Ukraine. Proposals are made to the current legislation in order to improve the legal relationship between the employer and the employees.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract2В статье подчеркивается правовое значение доплат и надбавок на законодательном уровне. Анализируются отличия этих понятий. Приводится правовая характеристика дефиниции "интенсивность труда". Определяется связь между этими понятиями в аспекте работы сотрудников высших учебных заведений. Вносятся предложения по действующему законодательству для того, чтобы усовершенствовать правовые отношения между работодателем и наемными работниками.uk_UA
