dc.description.abstract1The development of the blue economy is becoming increasingly important in the context of global resource depletion and environmental challenges. However, traditional innovation management systems in enterprises operating in this sector often fail to meet modern demands. The main problems include a lack of flexibility, insufficient integration of sustainable development principles, and weak adaptation to technological advancements. This study aims to analyze the current trends in innovation management and propose new transformation tools to enhance the efficiency of enterprises in the blue economy. The proposed tools focus on adaptive management models, digital transformation, and stakeholder collaboration mechanisms. The research findings indicate that the implementation of modernized innovation management systems significantly improves the competitiveness and sustainability of businesses in this sector. Additionally, it facilitates the harmonization of economic growth with environmental protection. The results of this study can be used by businesses, policymakers, and researchers to develop strategic approaches for fostering sustainable innovation in the blue economy.
