dc.description.abstractВ статті розкрито стратегічні імперативи сталого розвитку регіону в трансформаційних умовах. Обґрунтовано, що важливим інструментом, який використовується для управління регіонами та окремими адміністративно-територіальними утвореннями є вибір стратегії та ефективних механізмів її реалізації. Визначено сутність поняття «стратегічні імперативи сталого економічного зростання регіону». Доведено, що стратегічні імперативи можуть перекликатися з стратегічними цілями розвитку, проте відрізняються своєю сталістю та безальтернативністю. Обґрунтовано модель впливу стратегічних імператив на систему стратегічного управління соціально-економічним розвитком регіону. Систематизовано основні критерії стратегічного управління регіоном та територіями у розрізі основних векторів. Визначено декомпозицію критеріїв сталого розвитку регіону.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1The article reveals the strategic imperatives of sustainable development of the region in a transformational environment. It is substantiated that an important tool used for the management of regions and individual administrative-territorial entities is the choice of strategy and effective mechanisms for its implementation. The essence of the concept "strategic imperatives of sustainable economic growth of the region" is defined. It is proved that strategic imperatives may overlap with strategic development goals, but differ in their sustainability and non-alternativeness. The model of influence of strategic imperatives on the system of strategic management of social and economic development of the region is substantiated. The main criteria of strategic management of the region and territories in the context of the main vectors are systematized. The decomposition of the criteria of sustainable development of the region is determined. To ensure effectiveness, these imperatives should be specified in certain criteria and norms, which are the main guidelines for goal setting and decision-making at all levels of regional governance. The model of management of strategic development of the region in the context of strategic imperatives is substantiated. This model assumes that the imperatives of sustainable strategic development of regions have a cross-cutting and comprehensive impact on the formation and implementation of regional strategies by aligning decisions with the main criteria to ensure a balance between economic, social and environmental vectors. Imperative criteria of sustainable development of the region are systematized, responsible subsystems and tools of their realization in transformational conditions are defined.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract2В статье раскрыто стратегические императивы устойчивого развития региона в трансформационных условиях. Обосновано, что важным инструментом, который используется для управления регионами и отдельными административно-территориальными образованиями является выбор стратегии и эффективных механизмов ее реализации. Определена сущность понятия «стратегические императивы устойчивого экономического роста региона». Доказано, что стратегические императивы могут перекликаться со стратегическими целями развития, однако отличаются своей устойчивостью и безальтернативностью.
