dc.description.abstractЗбільшення паливної економічності двигунів внутрішнього згоряння (ДВЗ) стала можливою не лише за рахунок вдосконалення процесів, що відбуваються в дизелях, а також через раціональне співвідношення основних розмірів циліндра (ходу поршня до діаметру циліндра, S/Dц). Шляхом мінімізації питомої поверхні охолодження циліндра можна створити умови при яких будуть зменшені теплові втрати ще на етапі ескізного проектування, що в свою чергу підвищить економічність двигуна. Найбільш доцільно проводити такі заходи для суднових довгохідних малообертових двигунів (МОД).
dc.description.abstract1Increasing the fuel efficiency of internal combustion engines has become possible not only due to the improvement of processes occurring in diesels, but also due to the rational ratio of the main dimensions of the cylinder (piston stroke to cylinder diameter, S/DC). By minimizing the specific cooling surface of the cylinder, it is possible to create conditions under which heat losses will be reduced at the stage of sketch design, which in turn will increase the efficiency of the engine. It is most expedient to carry out such measures for marine long stroke engines.
