dc.description.abstractТема: Дослідження технології та розробка дільниці зварювання вузлів автомобільних теплових акумуляторів зі сталі 12Х18Н10Т. Дипломник: Авраменко К. М. Група: 6121м Керівник: Драган С. В. У роботі розглянуті наступні питання: розробка вдосконаленої технології складання та зварювання вузлів автомобільних теплових акумуляторів; дослідження температурних полів при зварюванні заправних трубок капсул, заповнених теплоакумулюючим матеріалом; розрахунки режимів зварювання та очікуваних зварювальних деформацій при виготовленні корпусів теплового акумулятора; розробка спеціалізованої складально-зварювальної дільниці для серійного виготовлення теплових акумуляторів зі сталі 12Х18Н10Т; охорона праці та навколишнього середовища при зварюванні; розрахунок технологічної собівартості складання та зварювання теплового акумулятора. Кваліфікаційна робота складається з пояснювальної записки на 111 аркушах формату А4 та презентації на 14 слайдах. Використано 38 джерел інформації.

Group: 6121м Leader: Dragan S.V. The following questions are considered in the qualification work: development of an improved technology for assembly and welding of automotive heat accumulator units; research of temperature fields during welding of filling tubes of capsules filled with heat-accumulating material; calculations of welding modes and expected welding deformations during the manufacture of heat accumulator housings; development of a specialized assembly and welding station for serial production of thermal accumulators made of steel 12Х18Н10Т; labor and environmental protection during welding; calculation of the technological cost of assembly and welding of the heat accumulator. The qualification work consists of an explanatory note on 111 sheets of A4 format and a presentation on 14 slides. 38 sources of information were used.
