dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня магістр за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент» – Національний університет кораблебудування імені адмірала Макарова, Миколаїв, 2024. Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена актуальним проблемам теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів вдосконалення інноваційної діяльності у сфери охорони здоров'я. У роботі розглянуто сутність підприємництва та його роль в умовах глобалізації; розглянуто нормативно-правову базу розвитку підприємництва в Україні; представлено проблеми на шляху становлення малого та середнього бізнесу в Україні; проведено оцінку сучасного стану малого підприємництва в Україні; проаналізовано стану розвитку малого бізнесу в Миколаївській області; вдосконалено напрями покращення «Стратегії розвитку малого та середнього бізнесу до 2027 року»; запропоновано цільові орієнтири удосконалення державної політики розвитку підприємництва в умовах війни в Україні; розроблено шляхи удосконалення програми розвитку малого і середнього підприємництва у Миколаївській області.
dc.description.abstract1Qualification work for obtaining the educational and qualification level of master in the specialty 073 "Management" – Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, Mykolaiv, 2024. The qualification work is devoted to topical issues of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of improving innovation in the healthcare sector. The work examines the essence of entrepreneurship and its role in the context of globalization; considers the regulatory framework for the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine; presents the problems on the way to the formation of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine; assesses the current state of small business in Ukraine; analyzes the state of small business development in the Mykolaiv region. The author improves the areas of improvement of the “Strategy for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses until 2027”, which include the restoration and facilitation of the business process, innovative development, human capital and entrepreneurship development, competitiveness and export growth, which will create favorable conditions for the resumption of entrepreneurial activity, stimulating economic development and attracting new investments. The author proposes target guidelines for improving the state policy of entrepreneurship development in the context of war in Ukraine, which include adaptation of the regulatory environment to the war conditions, mobilization of financial resources to support business, introduction of innovations, digitalization and energy independence, development of human capital in times of crisis, strengthening of exports and integration into international markets, support for local initiatives and restoration of economic activity, which will contribute to the sustainable development of small and medium-sized businesses and creation of jobs. Ways to improve the program for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mykolaiv region have been developed, which combine the formation of a favorable environment for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, expanding access to financing for small and medium-sized enterprises, simplifying tax administration for small and medium-sized enterprises, popularizing entrepreneurial culture and developing entrepreneurial skills, promoting exports and internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises, increasing the level of, that allow us to move closer to an open economy, improve entrepreneurial initiative, market competition, attract investment, and produce high value-added products.
