| dc.description.abstract1 | The thesis substantiates an original definition of organizational strategy for the corporate governance development, which is defined as the strategy of provision of forming and implementing a set of measures aimed at bringing the internal organizational relations, methods of decision-making, distribution of power, responsibilities and functions of the participants of corporate relations into accordance with the chosen long-term goals of strategic development of the enterprise. The thesis investigates the current state of corporate governance in the enterprises of the real sector of economy in modern conditions. The ways of improving the organizational and economic mechanisms of forming an effective model of development of the corporate sector at micro- and macro- levels are outlined. The main directions of provision of strategic development of corporate enterprises in the dynamic environment are outlined. The thesis suggests the development of a strategy for organizational development of the corporate enterprise, which will provide implementation of a set of measures aimed at bringing the internal organizational relations, methods of decision-making, distribution of powers, responsibilities and functions of the participants of corporate relations into accordance with the chosen long-term goals of the strategic development of the enterprise. | uk_UA |
