| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглянуто проблему зношення людського капіталу, причини його виникнення та наслідки для особистості, команди, до якої вона належить, та власників бізнесу. Зацікавленість до окресленої тематики зумовлена підвищенням ролі технологічних новацій у житті людини, що спричинило виникнення конкуренції між продуктами Четвертої промислової революції та живою працею у виробничих процесах. Надаються аргументи щодо сумнівності переконання про те, що підвищення рівня освіти індивіда прямо пропорційне зростанню його людського капіталу, визначальним з якого є вік людини. Методичною базою дослідження стали власні спостереження та аналіз публікацій за темою розвідки у друкованих та електронних виданнях. Із метою формування бачення щодо зазначеної проблеми морального зношення людського капіталу була розглянута його класифікація та наслідки кожного з його елементів. Наведено припущення щодо визначальної ролі ЗВО у подовженні терміну ефективного використання інтелектуального капіталу особистості. | |
| dc.description.abstract1 | The problem of depreciation of human capital, reasons for its occurrence and consequences for the individual, the team to which it belongs and business owners have been considered in the article. An interest to the outlined topic caused by to the galloping acceleration of technical and technological development, which is called the "Fourth Industrial Revolution" in practice and in science. It provoked an emergence of the competition between products of the new technological stage and live labor in production processes, who can’t react and adapt synchronically in most cases. Arguments regarding to the doubtfulness of the common belief that the increase in the level of education of an individual is directly proportional to the growth of his human capital, and the age of a person as a determining factor of it, are proposed. The methodological basis of the study was our own observations and analysis of publications on the topic of intelligence in print and electronic publications. In the latter case, they were found on the Internet through search engines for queries that contained relevant keywords. In order to form a vision on this problem of moral depreciation of human capital, it was considered its classification and consequences of a direct influence of each of its elements, namely functional and technological deprecation. Higher education institutions occupy a prominent place among all those who are the most interested in resisting the moral deprecation of the intellectual capital. An achieving the desired effect is possible if the management of higher education institutions is prudent in choosing a strategy for their team. The strategy should address the challenges posed by the following situation: the lack of intellec¬tual capital among young graduates of higher education institutions and its moral deterioration among the elderly. The essence of such strategies is reflected in the figure of the dynamics of intellectual cap¬ital of the individual during his professional life cycle and highlighted by the appropriate formula of the increasing the period of study during the life of the individual. | |
