dc.description.abstractМета статті полягає у виявленні нового предмету досліджень у філософії управління, здійсненні соціально-філософського аналізу методологічних основ філософії управління та демонстрації того, що філософія управління є методологічною основою для формування та розвитку управлінської свідомості. Використано загальнонаукові методи, як от аналітичний, зіставний, індуктивний та дедуктивний. У статті розглянуто проблеми філософії публічного управління. Основні результати полягають в тому, що доведено, що на даний час в умовах кризи та нестабільності величезну роль повинен відігравати менеджер-стратег, новатор, який буде здатний брати участь у перетворенні навколишньої дійсності. Якість прийнятих рішень багато в чому залежить від управлінського свідомості, що включає знання, цінності, норми поведінки. Тому перед освітою стоять величезні проблеми. Підготовка кадрів у сфері менеджменту обов'язково має поєднуватись із широкою соціально-гуманітарною освітою, в якій філософія управління займає ключове місце і є однією з основ формування управлінської свідомості. Людина під управлінням – це розуміння об’єкта управління із боку самого суб’єкта (менеджера). Звернення до саморефлексії, до осмислення власних світоглядно-методологічних основ, тобто вихід на рівень філософських роздумів, а також про методи та засоби. Тому філософія управління – це галузь філософського знання, яка вивчає не тільки теорії місця та ролі людини, а й являє собою сукупність принципів, цінностей, ідей, норм, правил, що становлять духовну сферу суб’єкта-менеджера і формують управлінську свідомість, необхідну для прийняття управлінських рішень. Вказано, що проблеми управління є відображенням проблем суспільства, тому філософія управління спрямована на систематизацію теоретико-методологічного матеріалу з формування нових методів для прийняття управлінських рішень. На прикладі філософських вчень простежено, що особливість філософії управління у порівнянні з іншими областями управління полягає в синтезі теоретичних концепцій, які дозволяють дати аналіз здійсненню управління на різних етапах розвитку, поєднуючи в собі практику та фундаментальні наукові теорії в галузі менеджменту, а також знання та навички управління. Перспективами дослідження можна вважати продовження вивчення особливостей публічного управління в умовах воєнного часу та іншого форс-мажору.
dc.description.abstract1The purpose of the article is to identify a new subject of research in the philosophy of management, to carry out a socio-philosophical analysis of the methodological foundations of the philosophy of management and to demonstrate that the philosophy of management is a methodological basis for the formation and development of managerial consciousness. General scientific methods such as analytical, comparative, inductive and deductive are used. The article discusses the problems of the philosophy of public administration. The main results are that it has been proven that currently, in the conditions of crisis and instability, a strategic manager, an innovator, who will be able to participate in the transformation of the surrounding reality, should play a huge role. The quality of the decisions made largely depends on managerial consciousness, which includes knowledge, values, and norms of behavior. Therefore, education faces huge problems. The training of personnel in the field of management must necessarily be combined with a broad social and humanitarian education, in which the philosophy of management occupies a key place and is one of the foundations of the formation of managerial consciousness. A person under management is an understanding of the object of management from the subject (manager) himself. Turning to self-reflection, to understanding one's own worldview and methodological foundations, that is, reaching the level of philosophical reflections, as well as methods and means. Therefore, the philosophy of management is a branch of philosophical knowledge that studies not only the theories of the place and role of a person, but also represents a set of principles, values, ideas, norms, rules that constitute the spiritual sphere of the subject – the manager – and form the managerial consciousness necessary for making management decisions. It is indicated that the problems of management are a reflection of the problems of society, therefore the philosophy of management is aimed at the systematization of theoretical and methodological material for the formation of new methods for making management decisions. On the example of philosophical teachings, it is observed that the peculiarity of the philosophy of management in comparison with other areas of management consists in the synthesis of theoretical concepts that allow analyzing the implementation of management at various stages of development, combining practice and fundamental scientific theories in the field of management, as well as knowledge and management skills. The prospects of the research can be considered the continuation of the study of the peculiarities of public administration in the conditions of wartime and other force majeure.
