dc.description.abstractАктуальність теми. За останні десятиліття в структурі світової економіки відбулися суттєві зміни, пов'язані з її глобалізацією. Процеси глобалізації призвели до формування нової, глобальної економіки. Така економіка не просто включає в себе національні економіки окремих країн, але й має низку характерних рис, які притаманні тільки їй. Однією з основних таких рис є неухильне зростання ролі нематеріальних активів, зокрема й знань. Завдяки накопиченню значного науково-технічного потенціалу в ряді країн саме знання, а також інновації та інтелект, стали чинниками успішності компаній цих країн у глобальній економіці. Сучасні компанії конкурують не тільки і не стільки на рівні обсягів і структури виробництва, скільки на рівні інновацій. Розуміння особливостей функціонування глобальної економіки, знання її основних рушійних сил і законів є передумовою успішної інтеграції у світовий економічний простір не тільки окремих компаній, але й цілих держав. Враховуючи те, що сучасний світовий ринок інформаційних технологій належить до ринків, які внаслідок глобалізації світової економіки найбільш динамічно розвиваються не тільки в кількісному вимірі, але і в якісному, світовий ринок інформаційних технологій потребує постійного дослідження в контексті глобалізації світової економіки. Крім того, на основні сучасні тенденції цього ринку мають звернути увагу українські ІТ-компанії, приймаючи рішення про вихід на цей ринок, що є актуальним для економіки України. Дослідженням теоретичних питань та аналітики ринку ІТ-технологій займалися такі вітчизняні і зарубіжні науковці як Борняков О., Гринів В., Житкевич А., Ільченко Н., Камінський Б., Корецька В., Корецький О., Кузьменко О., Македон В., Сокол К., Ставицька А., Шлянчак С. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних та удосконалення практичних аспектів розвитку світового ринку інформаційних технологій. Для досягнення поставленої мети ми сформулювали та вирішили такі завдання: встановити роль ринку інформаційних технологій у світовій економіці; дати характеристику основним учасникам та агентам ринку інформаційних технологій; обрати економіко-організаційні та регулюючі інструменти розвитку світового ринку інформаційних технологій; дослідити обсяги, структуру та динаміку світового ринку ІТ-технологій; проаналізувати тенденції розвитку світового ринку ІТ-технологій; дослідити поточний стан ринку ІТ-технологій в Україні; систематизувати перелік глобальних викликів світовому ринку інформаційних технологій; зазначити перспективи розвитку світового ринку інформаційних технологій; встановити проблеми та перспективи розвитку ринку ІТ-технологій в Україні. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси функціонування світового ринку інформаційних технологій. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних та прикладних аспектів сучасного періоду розвитку світового ринку інформаційних технологій. Теоретичну основу дослідження складають наукові, теоретичні висновки та узагальнення вітчизняних і зарубіжних вчених-економістів, що містяться у монографічній, спеціальній та періодичній літературі з питань розвитку міжнародних ринків, інформаційних технологій та ринку ІТ-технологій. Методологічну основу дослідження склали методи наукової абстракції, аналізу, синтезу, логічного висновку, системного підходу тощо. Для вирішення певних завдань застосовувалися такі методи: монографічний – при вивченні літературних джерел, практики економічних процесів; теоретичне узагальнення, порівняння та аналогії – для розкриття сутності основних понять; абстрактно-логічний – для здійснення теоретичних узагальнень, формування висновків та їх обґрунтування;статистичні – для аналізу структури та динаміки обсягів, витрат та інших показників функціонування ринку ІТ-технологій. Інформаційну базу дослідження складають статистика Світового банку, інших джерел інформації, звітних та прогнозних даних аналітичних компаній та ін. Структура і обсяг роботи. Кваліфікаційна робота складається з вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. Повний обсяг роботи – 65 сторінок. Робота містить 10 таблиць та 19 рисунків. Список використаних джерел налічує 44 найменування на 4 сторінках.
dc.description.abstract1Actuality of theme.In recent decades, the structure of the world economy has undergone significant changes related to its globalization. Globalization processes have led to the formation of a new, global economy. Such an economy not only includes the national economies of individual countries, but also has a number of characteristic features that are unique to it. One of the main such features is the steady growth of the role of intangible assets, including knowledge. Thanks to the accumulation of significant scientific and technical potential in a number of countries, it is knowledge, as well as innovation and intelligence, that have become the factors of success of the companies of these countries in the global economy. Modern companies compete not only and not so much at the level of volumes and structure of production, but at the level of innovations. Understanding the features of the functioning of the global economy, knowledge of its main driving forces and laws is a prerequisite for successful integration into the global economic space not only of individual companies, but also of entire states. Considering the fact that the modern world market of information technologies belongs to the markets that, as a result of the globalization of the world economy, are developing most dynamically not only quantitatively, but also qualitatively, the world market of information technologies needs constant research in the context of the globalization of the world economy. In addition, Ukrainian IT companies should pay attention to the main modern trends of this market when making a decision to enter this market, which is relevant for the economy of Ukraine. Such domestic and foreign scientists as O. Bornyakov, V. Hryniv, A. Zhitkevich, N. Ilchenko, B. Kaminsky, V. Koretskaya, O. Koretsky, O. Kuzmenko, V. Makedon were engaged in the study of theoretical issues and analytics of the IT technology market. ., Sokol K., Stavytska A., Shlyanchak S. The purpose of the qualification workis the substantiation of theoretical and improvement of practical aspects of the development of the world market of informationtechnologies. To achieve the set goal, we formulated and solved the following tasks: - establish the role of the information technology market in the world economy; - to describe the main participants and agents of the information technology market; - choose economic, organizational and regulatory tools for the development of the world market of information technologies; - to investigate the volumes, structure and dynamics of the global market of IT technologies; – to analyze trends in the development of the global market of IT technologies; – to investigate the current state of the IT technology market in Ukraine; - to systematize the list of global challenges to the world market of information technologies; - to indicate the prospects for the development of the world market of information technologies; - to establish the problems and prospects of the development of the IT technology market in Ukraine. The object of researchthere are processes of functioning of the world market of information technologies. The subject of researchis a set of theoretical and applied aspects of the modern period of development of the world market of information technologies. The theoretical basis of the studycompile scientific, theoretical conclusions and generalizations of domestic and foreign economists contained in monographic, special and periodical literature on the development of international markets, information technologies and the market of IT technologies. The methodological basis of the study developed methods of scientific abstraction, analysis, synthesis, logical conclusion, system approach, etc. The following methods were used to solve certain tasks: monographic - when studying literary sources, practices of economic processes; theoretical generalization, comparison and analogies - to reveal theessence of the main concepts; abstract-logical - for making theoretical generalizations, forming conclusions and their justification; statistical - to analyze the structure and dynamics of volumes, costs and other indicators of the functioning of the IT technology market. Research information basecompile statistics of the World Bank, other sources of information, reporting and forecast data of analytical companies, etc. Structure and scope of work. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, and a list of used sources. The full volume of the work is 65 pages. The work contains 10 tables and 19 figures. The list of used sources includes 44 names on 4 pages.
