dc.description.abstractПолітична традиція складова частина політичної культури. Політична традиція фіксує політичний досвід, виступає як механізм політичної спадковості. В країнах із сталою політичною культурою політична традиція посідає своє достойне місце в дослідницькому полі. Особливе значення політичної традиції як прикладного феномену політики. Особливо яскраве прикладне, утилітарне значення політичної традиції виявляється в сучасній Росії 2.0. Три революції в Україні, соціально-політичні конфлікти в сучасній Україні примушують з’ясувати витоки соціальної, масової поведінки та теоретичних підходів в розумінні цих явищ. Українська історія і національна політична думка почала осмислення цих процесів з другої половини ХІХ ст., з праць М. Костомарова. Кожне суспільство має свою традицію поведінки в конфлікті. Українські інтелектуали кінця ХІХ ст. М. Драгоманов і І. Франко розмірковують про революцію. Вони визнають революцію, але бояться її наслідків для України. Їхня позиція має ряд підстав. І М. Драгоманов та І. Франко представники західної політичної культури і західної політичної традиції. Їхнє українсько-російське і українсько-австрійське коріння лише підкреслює цю особливість. Обидва гарно знають історію Світу і історію Європи. Знають інтелектуальну традицію: від історії до сучасності, знають та розуміють європейську соціальну філософію. М. Драгоманов та І. Франко приймають активну участь не просто в політичному життя, але й в політичній боротьбі. Українські інтелектуали свідомі критичного погляду на українські справи та не бояться визнавати проблеми українського руху в Російській і Австро-Угорській імперії. М. Драгоманов і І. Франко розуміють, що революції «прискорить» хід історії. Але бояться жорстокості революції саме на українському ґрунті. І таким чином формується замкнуте коло за яке бояться вийти блискучі мислителі. Тільки розвиток політичного руху, політичного конфлікту і зовнішня агресія розірвали це коло в грудні 1917 р. Та без сумніву аналіз революцій і соціальних конфліктів здійсненний представниками української політичної думки, дають нам право вважати чільними представниками української традиції інтелектуальної рефлексії феномену революції.
dc.description.abstract1Political tradition is an integral party of political culture. Political tradition captures political experience, acts as a mechanism of political heredity. In countries with a stable political culture, the political tradition occupies a worthy place in the field of research. The special significance of political tradition as an applied phenomenon of politics. Particularly striking applied, utilitarian significance of the political tradition is manifested in modern Russia 2.0. Three revolutions in Ukraine, socio-political conflicts in modern Ukraine force to find out the origins of social, mass behavior and theoretical approaches in understanding these phenomena. Ukrainian history and national political thought began to comprehend these processes in the second half of the nineteenth century, from the works of M. Kostomarov. Each society has its own tradition of conflict and its solutions. Drahomanov and Franco, Ukrainian intellectuals (late 19th century) reflect on social conflict and revolution. They recognize the revolution, but are afraid of its consequences. Their position has a number of reasons. Both M. Drahomanov and I. Franko are representatives of Western political culture and Western political tradition. Their Ukrainian-Russian and Ukrainian-Austrian roots only emphasize this feature. Both are well acquainted with the history of the world and the history of Europe. They know the intellectual tradition: from history to the present, they know and understand European social philosophy. M. Drahomanov and I. Franko take an active part not only in political life, but also in the political struggle. Ukrainian intellectuals are aware of the critical view of Ukrainian affairs and are not afraid to acknowledge the problems of the Ukrainian movement in the Russian and Austro-Hungarian empires. M. Drahomanov and I. Franko understand that the revolution will «accelerate» the course of history. But they are afraid of the brutality of the revolution on Ukrainian soil. And thus, a vicious circle is formed that brilliant thinkers are afraid to go beyond. Only the development of political movement, political conflict and external aggression broke this circle in December 1917. But without a doubt the analysis of revolutions and social conflicts carried out by representatives of Ukrainian political thought, give us the right to consider the leading representatives of the Ukrainian tradition of intellectual reflection.
