dc.description.abstractМета. Мета – обґрунтування механізму інтегрованої генерації інвестиційного потенціалу індустрії туризму країни-реципієнта в європейському просторі. Методика. Методи дослідження: метод форсайту; процесний підхід, методи сценаріїв, структурування, моделювання, узагальнення. Об’єкт дослідження: інвестиційний потенціал індустрії туризму країни. Предмет дослідження: інвестиційна привабливість туристичних дестинацій в регіональних системах країни-реципієнта в постконфліктному періоді розвитку індустрії туризму. Результати. Сформульовано ключові вимоги до прогнозування інвестиційної привабливості туристичних дестинацій в умовах європейського простору. Визначено методологічний базис форсайту. Розкрито зміст терміну «форсайт інвестиційної привабливості туристичних дестинацій» – механізм, що містить процеси прогнозування перспектив генерації інвестиційного потенціалу для обґрунтування сценаріїв формування стратегій та створення інвестиційної привабливості туристичних кластерів за сукупністю туристичних дестинацій. Розроблено модель прогнозування інвестиційної привабливості туристичних дестинацій в умовах геоекономічного середовища розвитку індустрії туризму країни-реципієнта. Сформовано горизонти (три рівні) форсайту інвестиційної привабливості туристичних дестинацій реципієнта на засадах рейтингування кластерів. Узагальнено дієві методи форсайту інвестиційної привабливості туристичних дестинацій країни-реципієнта. Представлено структурно-логічну послідовність (етапи) форсайту інвестиційної привабливості туристичних дестинацій країни-реципієнта. Обґрунтовано механізм інтегрованої генерації інвестиційного потенціалу індустрії туризму країни-реципієнта в періоді постконфліктного розвитку. Проведено аналіз частки індустрії туризму в структурі ВВП Європейських країн-донорів і України. Зроблено висновок, що інтегрована генерація інвестиційного потенціалу Європейських країн-донорів сприятиме утворенню бази відновлення індустрії туризму України, дозволить побудувати платформу матеріально-технологічного фундаменту туризму та розширити межі планування архітектури туристичних об’єктів, організацію умов стандартизації, сертифікації послуг туристичних баз відпочинку. Наукова новизна. Дія запропонованого механізму збалансує характер прямих іноземних інвестицій від Європейських країн-донорів на відновлення індустрії туризму країни-реципієнта, імплементує форсайт інвестиційної привабливості туристичних дестинацій країни-реципієнта для мінімізації «локальної кризи» туристично-рекреаційних місць дозвілля, відпочинку і рекреації, сформованих за кластерним підходом у сфері обслуговування. Практична значимість. Впровадження механізму дозволить координувати активність кожного кластеру туристичних дестинацій в регіональних системах країни-реципієнта в середньо– та довгостроковій перспективі за сценаріями синхронності та ритмічності руху інвестиційних потоків від європейських країн-донорів для адаптації нових туристичних продуктів на ринку послуг.
dc.description.abstract1Purpose. The purpose of this article is to support the mechanism of integrated generation of investment potential of the tourism industry of the recipient country in the European space. Method. Research methods: foresight method; process approach, scenario methods, structuring, modeling, generalization. The object of the study: the investment potential of the country's tourism industry. The subject of the study: the investment attractiveness of tourist destinations in the regional systems of the recipient country in the postconflict period of the development of the tourism industry. Results. The key requirements for forecasting the investment attractiveness of tourist destinations in the conditions of the European space are formulated. The methodological basis of foresight is determined. The meaning of the term "foresight of the investment attractiveness of tourist destinations" is revealed – a mechanism that includes forecasting prospects for the generation of investment potential for substantiating scenarios for the formation of strategies and creating the investment attractiveness of tourist clusters based on the totality of tourist destinations. A model for forecasting the investment attractiveness of tourist destinations in the conditions of the geo-economic environment of the development of the tourism industry of the recipient country has been developed. The foresight horizons of the investment attractiveness of tourist destinations have been formed on the basis of cluster rating. Methods of foresight of investment attractiveness of tourist destinations of the recipient country are summarized. The structural and logical sequence (stages) of the foresight of the investment attractiveness of the tourist destinations of the recipient country is presented. The mechanism of integrated generation of the investment potential of the tourism industry of the recipient country in the period of post-conflict development is substantiated. An analysis of the share of the tourism industry in the structure of the GDP of the European donor countries and Ukraine was carried out. It was concluded that the integrated generation of the investment potential of the European donor countries will contribute to the formation of a base for the recovery of the tourism industry of Ukraine, will allow to build a platform for the material and technological foundation of tourism and expand the boundaries of planning tourist facilities, the organization of standardization conditions, certification of services of tourist recreation centers. Scientific novelty. The action of the proposed mechanism will balance the nature of direct foreign investments from European donor countries to restore the tourism industry of the recipient country, implement the foresight of the investment attractiveness of tourist destinations of the recipient country to minimize the "local crisis" of tourist and recreational places of leisure, rest and recreation, formed according to the cluster approach in the field of service. Practical importance. The implementation of the mechanism will allow coordinating the activity of each cluster of tourist destinations in the regional systems of the recipient country in the medium and long term, according to scenarios of synchronicity and rhythmic movement of investment flows from European donor countries for the adaptation of new tourist products on the service market.
