dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна робота присвячена актуальним проблемам теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів вдосконалення системи державного забезпечення розвитку підприємницької діяльності в Україні. У роботі досліджено сутність і зміст державного забезпечення розвитку підприємницької діяльності; представлено механізм державної політики сталого розвитку підприємництва; представлені проблеми державного забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємництва в умовах сучасних викликів; проведено оцінку стану розвитку підприємницької діяльності в умовах сучасних викликів; проведено аналіз державної політики у сфері розвитку підприємництва; вдосконалено інструментарій державної політики сталого розвитку підприємництва в Україні; запропоновано шляхи удосконалення державної підтримки підприємництва України з урахуванням сучасних викликів.
dc.description.abstract1The qualification work is devoted to the actual problems of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of improving the system of state support for the development of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine. The work investigates the essence and content of state support for the development of entrepreneurial activity; presents the mechanism of state policy for sustainable development of entrepreneurship; presents the problems of state support for sustainable development of entrepreneurship in the context of modern challenges; assesses the state of development of entrepreneurial activity in the context of modern challenges; analyzes state policy in the field of entrepreneurship development. The instrumentarium of the state policy of sustainable development of entrepreneurship is proposed, which includes tools for ensuring (protection of property rights, fight against corruption, rule of law, protection of competition, infrastructure development, data protection and environment), tools for regulation (legal instruments, licensing and quotas, public orders, price regulation, standardization and metrology) and tools for supporting sustainable development of entrepreneurship, which allow to ensure sustainable business development and strengthen the role of entrepreneurship as an important factor in the development of the economy. Ways of state support for Ukrainian entrepreneurship have been developed, taking into account current challenges, combining financial, information and advisory support, support for innovation and exports, development of a support ecosystem, retraining and employment, which will allow Ukraine to adapt more quickly to the changing global environment and ensure sustainable development in the long term.
