В умовах прискорення процесів глобалізації у світовій економіці на перше місце виходять управлінські інновації та шляхи забезпечення інтелектуалізації діяльності сучасних підприємств та компаній, які здатні забезпечити їх подальший холістичний розвиток. Формування та реалізація дієвого механізму управління холістичним розвитком підприємства з урахуванням процесів інтелектуалізації дає йому можливість досягти гідного рівня конкурентоспроможності на всіх ринках та використати доступні переваги сучасних інформаційних технологій. Мета статті полягає у виробленні ефективного механізму управління холістичним розвитком підприємства з урахуванням процесів інтелектуалізації та соціально-економічних чинників макро- та мегарівнів. Методологічну основу дослідження становлять метод порівняння, метод неформалізованого контент-аналізу, графічний метод і метод узагальнення відомостей, отриманих із доступних джерел інформації. Аналіз ключових показників за тематикою проведення дослідження визначив необхідність вироблення новітніх підходів до інтенсифікації виробничої та збутової діяльності, підвищення якості продукції та послуг, пошуку нових ринків збуту та залучення інвесторів вітчизняними підприємствами. Було визначено, що інтелектуалізація діяльності підприємства має базуватися на ефективному використанні інформаційних технологій та інтелектуальних ресурсів (людського капіталу). Новим концептуальним внеском є доведена взаємозалежність між процесом інтелектуалізації діяльності підприємства та його холістичним розвитком. Наголошується на тому, що управління людськими ресурсами як головний носій інтелектуалізації діяльності підприємства носить переважно стратегічний характер, тоді як фінансове управління є переважно операційною функцією, без якої неможлива реалізація інших видів управління. Запропоновано механізм управління холістичним розвитком підприємства з урахуванням процесів інтелектуалізації та соціально-економічних чинників макро- та мегарівнів, який відображає практичні аспекти планування, реалізації та контролю за кількісними та якісними змінами в його функціонуванні.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1Abstract. With globalization accelerating in the world economy, managerial innovations and ways to ensure the intellectualization of the activities of modern enterprises and companies that are capable of ensuring their further holistic development comes first. The formation and implementation of an effective mechanism for holistic development management of an enterprise, taking into account the processes of intellectualization, enables it to achieve a decent level of competitiveness in all markets and take the available advantages of modern information technologies. The purpose of the article is to develop an effective mechanism for management the holistic development of the enterprise, taking into account the processes of intellectualization and socio-economic factors of macro- and mega- levels. The methodological basis of the study is method of comparison, method of informal content analysis, graphical method and method of generalizing information obtained from available sources of information. The analysis of key indicators on the topic of the research identified the need to develop new approaches to the intensification of production and marketing activities, improving the quality of products and services, finding new markets and attracting investors to domestic enterprises. It was determined that the intellectualization of the enterprise should be based on the effective usage of information technology and intellectual resources (human capital). A new conceptual contribution is the proven interdependence between the process of intellectualization of enterprise activity and its holistic development. It is emphasized that the human resources management of the enterprise, as the main carrier of intellectualization of the enterprise`s activities, is predominantly strategic in nature, while financial management is mainly an operational function without which the implementation of other types of management is impossible. A mechanism for managing the holistic development of an enterprise, taking into account the processes of intellectualization and socio-economic factors of macro- and mega- levels, is proposed, which reflects the practical aspects of planning, implementation and control of quantitative and qualitative changes in its functioning.uk_UA
