dc.description.abstractРозвиток системи класифікації та кодування планово-облікових одиниць в управлінні проєктами побудови суден є актуальною проблемою. Для реалізації нових проєктних рішень виникла потреба розробки сучасних програмних засобів на базі даних серверних платформ у мережі персональних комп’ютерів. На суднобудівних підприємствах активно експлуатуються автоматизовані системи управління виробництвом та ведуться дослідження щодо підвищення їх ефективності за рахунок удосконалення інформаційних процесів обробки даних. Вся ця специфіка суднобудівного будівництва має бути врахована у розробці методології трьох рівнів системи управління підприємством у разі побудови суден. Необхідно також відзначити, що в галузі прийнята бригадна організація праці, а система оплати виконаних робіт здійснюється бригаді за фактично виконані роботи, які прийняті відділом технічного контролю. Заробітна плата виробничих робочих розподілялася за кваліфікацією посадових ставок. Основним показником в оцінці витраченої праці під час виконання робіт з побудови судна є трудомісткість. На етапі побудови судна у практичній діяльності управління використовується нормативна, планова та фактична трудомісткості. Ефективність робіт з виконання виробничої програми та зниження собівартості побудови суден прямо залежить від якості застосо-вуваної системи планово-облікових одиниць робіт, тому необхідно приділяти увагу питанням класифікації та методам кодування інформації, позаяк у суднобудуванні тривалий цикл побудови суден, і пов’язане з ним впровадження нових технологій, методів і процесів. Об’єктом дослідження є склад та структура організації верфі для будівництва суден, а предметом вивчення – інформаційні процеси сучасного управління виробництвом конкурентної продукції з використанням оптимальних ресурсів у ринкових умовах господарювання. Метою статті є аналіз на¬явних механізмів кодування робіт суднобудівного підприємства та розвиток інформаційної системи управління ресурсами процесів побудови транспортних суден.
dc.description.abstract1The development of the system of classification and coding of planning and accounting units in the management of shipbuilding projects is an urgent problem. In order to implement new project solutions, there was a need to develop modern software based on the database of server platforms in the network of personal computers. Shipbuilding enterprises are actively operating automated production management systems, and research is being conducted to increase their efficiency by improving information processing processes. All these specifics of shipbuilding construction must be taken into account when developing a methodology of three levels of the enterprise management system in the construction of ships. It should also be noted that the industry adopts a brigade-based organization of work, and the system of payment for the completed work is carried out by the brigade for the actually performed works, which are accepted by the technical control department. The wages of production workers were distributed according to the qualification of job rates. Labour intensity is the main indicator in the assessment of the labour spent during the construction of the ship. At the stage of building a ship, regulatory, planned and actual labour intensity is used in practical management activities. The effectiveness of work on the implementation of the production program and the reduction of the cost of building ships directly depends on the quality of the applied system of planned and accounting units of work, therefore it is necessary to pay attention to the issues of classification and methods of coding information, since in shipbuilding there is a long cycle of building ships and the introduction of new technologies associated with it, methods and processes. The object of research is the composition and structure of the organization of a shipyard for building ships, and the subject of study is the information processes of modern management of the production of competitive products using optimal resources in market conditions of management. The purpose of the article is the analysis of the existing mechanisms for coding the work of a shipbuilding enterprise and the development of an information system for managing resources processes of construction of transport vessels.
