dc.description.abstractЗ огляду на актуальність проблеми цивілізаційного вибору України за умови реалізації Росією на пострадянському просторі агресивної реінтеграційної стратегії в статті коротко окреслено алгоритми російського політичного режиму в історичному контексті. Показано, що протягом п’яти століть Росія проводила одну й ту саму політику, застосовуючи техніку дестабілізації, залякування та підкупу, розширюючи свою територію, залу чаючи ресурси, які у свою чергу будуть використані для нового розширення. Таким чином, проведення аналізу змісту сучасної геополітики РФ неможливо без урахування соціокультурного підґрунтя її творення і розвитку, реального процесу формування і утвердження політико-правових цінностей, зрештою, без розуміння історії як реальності, наповненої конкретними діями, ідеями, переконаннями. Розглянуто приклади міжчасових аналогій, зокрема конкретні політичні судові процеси сорокових років та справи українських політичних в’язнів – Катин ська справа 1940 року та «Кримська справа 26 лютого 2014 року». Доведено, що циклічна замкненість є однією із суттєвих особливостей способу буття Російської імперії, а кожна спроба модернізації обертається станом кризи і новою формою догматизму.
dc.description.abstract1Given the urgency of the problem of Ukraine's civilized choice, in the context of Russia's implementation of an aggressive reintegration strategy in the post-Soviet space, the article briefly outlines the algorithms of the Russian political regime in the historical context. During five centuries Russia has been carrying out one and the same policy, applying technique of destabilization, intimidation and bribery, expanding its territory, drawing out resources to be used in their turn for a new expansion. It is shown that the analysis of the content of modern geopolitics of is impossible without taking into account the sociocultural basis of its creation and development, the real process of formation and approval of political and legal values, and finally, without understanding history as a reality filled with concrete actions, ideas, beliefs. Perfect example of intertemporal analogies are specific political judicial processes of 1940s and cases of Ukrainian political prisoners – Katyn case of 1940 and “Crimea case of February 26, 2014”. It is proved that cyclical isolation is one of the essential features of the way of life of the Russian Empire, and every attempt at modernization turns into a state of crisis and a new form of dogmatism.
