dc.description.abstractАнотація. Проаналізовано наслідки світової економічної кризи початку 2008 р. і визначено основні причини спаду виробництва суднобудівної галузі України в даний час. Зіставлено загальні частки будівництва суден країнлідерів. Виконано аналіз прийнятих у світі урядових наказів та постанов для забезпечення конкурентоздатності національного суднобудування. Для трьох провідних суднобудівних заводів України проведено аналіз зміни основних показників їх виробничих потужностей у період розвитку світової економічної кризи і виділено проблеми, які є загальними для всієї української суднобудівної галузі.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1Abstract. Modern condition and perspectives of development of shipbuilding branch of Ukraine have been overviewed. The aims of this research are the analysis of consequences of 2008 world economic crisis, outline of basic reasons of downfall of shipbuilding branch of Ukraine at present time and search of perspective directions for its development in order to secure its competitiveness on international market. The overview of the overall share of shipbuilding of the leading countries is given and the comparison of current governmental actions for support and stimulation of national shipbuilding in the world is made. The figures of domestic shipbuilding in the period of the economic crisis development are overviewed and on their basis the main directions of activities and productive capacities of three leading shipbuilding enterprises of Ukraine – shipbuilding plant «Zaliv», shipbuilding plant «Ocean» and Kherson shipbuilding plant – are analyzed. The basic issues, common for the whole shipbuilding branch of Ukraine, are outlined as a result of the research of activity of the above mentioned enterprises. For the resolution of the outlined issues, the creation of regional shipbuilding complexes (clusters) as the single mechanism for taking cooperative actions related to economy of production expenses and the main means of formation of the scheme of orders placement, technological development, growth of workers’ qualification and increasing of competitiveness on the international market is offered as one of the most perspective directions of domestic shipbuilding. The results of the research can be applied in the development of the effective system of management of intellectual potential of shipbuilding industry for the implementation of project management of innovational developments and the increase of capitalization of shipbuilding companies.uk_UA

Проанализированы последствия мирового экономического кризиса начала 2008 г. и определены основные причины спада производства судостроительной отрасли Украины в настоящее время. Сопоставлены общие доли строительства судов стран-лидеров. Выполнен анализ принятых в мире правительственных указов и постановлений для обеспечения конкурентоспособности национального судостроения. Для трех ведущих судостроительных заводов Украины проведен анализ изменения основных показателей их производственных мощностей в период развития мирового экономического кризиса и выделены проблемы, являющиеся общими для всей украинской судостроительной отрасли.uk_UA
