dc.description.abstractМетою статті є інвестиційної складової економічної безпеки на мікро-, мезо-, макрорівнях. Основними завданнями дослідження є: обґрунтування функціональної моделі інвестиційної складової економічної безпеки на мікро-, мезо-, макрорівнях; провести комплексний аналіз відповідно до функціонального підходу реалізації інвестиційної складової економічної безпеки у трьох вимірах: інституційному, секторальному та технологічному. Обґрунтовано функціональних підхід до діагностики інвестиційного потенціалу окремої території. Даний підхід поєднує у собі структурно-класифікаційні ознаки інвестиційних процесів на їх ефективності й дозволяє формувати поточну модель інвестиційної складової економічної безпеки на мікро-, мезо-, макрорівнях, що є основою для проєктування стратегічної цільової моделі розвитку інвестиційних процесів. У відповідності до функціонального підходу проведено комплексний аналіз реалізації інвестиційної складової економічної безпеки у трьох вимірах: інституційному, секторальному та технологічному. Проведено розрахунки продуктивності, рентабельності та соціальної ефективності, які дозволили визначити загальні тенденції ефективності використання основного капіталу в економіці регіонів, а також їх диференціацію за окремими інституційними секторами. Результати аналізу показали, що за період 2014-2017 років не відбулося суттєвих структурних зрушень у формуванні та використанні інвестиційної складової економічної безпеки у розрізі інституційних секторів. Водночас, додаткової уваги потребують окремі виявлені тенденції щодо зниження продуктивності нагромадженого капіталу та його впливу на формування доданої вартості, особливо у секторі державного управління та секторі нефінансових корпорацій. Підвищення продуктивності інвестицій потребує формування ефективної інноваційної, промислової та політики, що сприятиме нарощенню виробництва продукції та високою доданою вартістю. Важливими функціональними характеристиками інвестиційної складової економічної безпеки є його розподіл між економічними секторами та галузями, співвідношення яких у значній мірі характеризує тип економічного розвитку країни, а структурні зрушення у динаміці – вектор такого розвитку.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1The purpose of the article is the investment component of economic security at the micro, meso and macro levels. The main objectives of the study are: substantiation of the functional model of the investment component of economic security at the micro, meso, macro levels; to conduct a comprehensive analysis in accordance with the functional approach to the implementation of the investment component of economic security in three dimensions: institutional, sectoral and technological. The functional approach to diagnostics of investment potential of separate territory is substantiated. This approach combines structural and classification features of investment processes on their efficiency and allows to form the current model of the investment component of economic security at the micro, meso, macro levels, which is the basis for designing a strategic target model of investment processes. In accordance with the functional approach, a comprehensive analysis of the implementation of the investment component of economic security in three dimensions: institutional, sectoral and technological. Calculations of productivity, profitability and social efficiency were made, which allowed to determine the general tendencies of efficiency of fixed capital use in the economy of the regions, as well as their differentiation by separate institutional sectors. The results of the analysis showed that during the period 2014-2017 there were no significant structural changes in the formation and use of the investment component of economic security in terms of institutional sectors. At the same time, some identified trends in the decline in the productivity of accumulated capital and its impact on value added, especially in the general government sector and the non-financial corporations sector, need additional attention. Improving investment productivity requires the formation of effective innovation, industrial and policies that will increase production and high added value. Important functional characteristics of the investment component of economic security are its distribution between economic sectors and industries, the ratio of which largely characterizes the type of economic development of the country, and structural changes in the dynamics - the vector of such development.uk_UA
