dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна робота присвячена актуальним проблемам теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів розвитку роздрібного торговельного підприємництва в Миколаївському регіоні. У роботі розглянуто сутність та зміст внутрішньої торгівлі в системі соціального комплексу України; представлено фактори розвитку роздрібної торгівельної мережі; розглянуто проблеми розвитку роздрібного торговельного підприємництва в Миколаївському регіоні в умовах війни; проведено аналіз стану роздрібного торгівельного підприємництва в Миколаївській області; проведена оцінка програм розвитку внутрішньої торгівлі в Миколаївській області; запропоновано шляхи розвитку регіональної інфраструктури та логістики для відновлення торгівлі в Миколаївському регіоні; розроблено рекомендації щодо впровадження інноваційних підходів до розвитку роздрібної торгівлі та цифровізація бізнесу в Миколаївському регіоні.
dc.description.abstract1The qualification work is devoted to the actual problems of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the development of retail trade entrepreneurship in the Mykolaiv region. The work considers the essence and content of internal trade in the system of social complex of Ukraine; presents the factors of development of the retail trade network; considers the problems of development of retail trade entrepreneurship in the Mykolaiv region in the conditions of war; analyzes the state of retail trade entrepreneurship in the Mykolaiv region. A regional infrastructure and logistics development program has been proposed to restore trade in the Mykolaiv region, which includes assessment and restoration of damaged infrastructure, modernization and improvement of logistics processes, restoration and modernization of transport infrastructure, development of communication networks and integration with digital platforms, development of a state and local support strategy that will stimulate the economic development of the region, help create new jobs and attract investment, and allow entrepreneurs to expand their business and increase their competitiveness. Innovative approaches have been developed and digitalization of retail trade in the Mykolaiv region has been proposed, combining the development of e-commerce, implementation of trade automation systems, use of digital marketing strategies, integration of modern technologies into physical stores, increasing digital literacy of entrepreneurs and employees, creation of local digital ecosystems that will increase business efficiency, contribute to the creation of a more flexible and adaptive economy capable of responding quickly to global challenges.
