dc.description.abstractАнотація. Мета дослідження. Метою статті є дослідження сутності поняття діджиталізації, визначення факторів впливу, переваг та викликів, що очікуватимуть від цифрової трансформації. Методологія. У дослідженні застосовані загальнонаукові методи, зокрема: теоретичного узагальнення – для визначення теоретичних основ сутності діджиталізації; системного підходу – для узагальнення факторів впливу, переваг та викликів, що очікуватимуть від цифрової трансформації; методи позитивного і нормативного аналізу – для вироблення рекомендацій з удосконалення національних глобалізаційних процесів на засадах діджиталізації. Результати. Обґрунтовано визначення поняття діджиталізації необхідно розглядати як системний підхід до цифрової трансформації формування людського капіталу та забезпечує процес перетворення цифровізації. Доведено, що фактори впливу на розвиток діджиталізації необхідно поділити на ті, що формуються під впливом макро- та індивідуальних чинників. До макрочинників належить: удосконалення законодавчо-нормативної база з розбудови цифровізації; зміна у державній політиці щодо підтримки та розвитку окремих видів діяльності. Вагоме значення у формуванні діджиталізації належить індивідуальним факторам, а саме: створення нових цінностей, властивостей товарів; формування нових потреб та запитів споживачів (орієнтація на економію часу, пошук і придбання товарів за чіткими параметрами); поява новітніх цифрових технологій. Досліджено, що сучасні виклики сьогодення з боку людського капіталу в умовах діджиталізації формуються під впливом зміни складових охорони здоров’я населення, реформування освіти, стагнація науки, соціальної політики, значного впливу міграційних процесів. Визначено, що управління на засадах діджиталізації базується обов’язково на досконалому плануванні цифрової стратегії, оцінці доцільності реалізації практичних цифрових ініціатив, визначені перспективних напрямів дій, вибору ефективної моделі діджиталізації, прогнозуванні очікуваного ефекту від діджиталізації, порівняння інноваційних ініціатив. Практичне значення. Доведено використання в управління національною системою на засадах діджиталізації. Перспективи подальших досліджень. Доведено перспективи розвитку діджиталізації при формуванні людського капіталу, чому буде присвячено подальші розвідки автора.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1Abstract. The aim of the study. The aim of the article is to study the essence of the concept of digitalization, to determine the factors of influence, benefits and challenges that will be expected from the digital transformation. Methodology. General scientific methods were used in the research, in particular: theoretical generalization – to determine the theoretical foundations of the essence of digitalization; system approach – to summarize the factors of influence, benefits and challenges that will be expected from the digital transformation; methods of positive and normative analysis – to develop recommendations for improving national globalization processes on the basis of digitalization. Results. The definition of the concept of digitalization is substantiated and should be considered as a systematic approach to the digital transformation of human capital formation and provides the process of digitalization transformation. It is proved that the factors influencing the development of digitalization should be divided into those that are formed under the influence of macro- and individual factors. Macro factors include: improvement of the legislative and regulatory framework for the development of digitalization; change in public policy to support and develop certain activities. Significant importance in the formation of digitalization belongs to individual factors, namely: the creation of new values, properties of goods; formation of new needs and demands of consumers (focus on saving time, search and purchase of goods on clear parameters); the emergence of the latest digital technologies. It is investigated that modern challenges of today by human capital in the conditions of digitalization are formed under the influence of changes in the components of public health, education reform, stagnation of science, social policy, significant impact of migration processes. It is determined that management on the basis of digitalization is necessarily based on perfect planning of digital strategy, assessment of the feasibility of practical digital initiatives, identification of promising areas of action, selection of effective digitalization model, forecasting the expected effect of digitalization, comparison of innovative initiatives. Practical meaning. The use of the national system in the management on the basis of digitalization is proved. Prospects for further research. Prospects for the development of digitalization in the formation of human capital, which will be devoted to further exploration of the author.uk_UA
