dc.description.abstractАктуальність теми зумовлена проголошеним стратегічним курсом нашої держави на вступ до ЄС та виконанням зобов’язань за Угодою про асоціацію 2014 р., зокрема щодо співробітництва у сфері міграції, притулку та управління кордонами. Відсутність стабільного економічного стану, а також незадовільний соціально-політичний лад окремих країн призвели до активізації міграційних процесів серед населення планети. Негативні тенденції сучасної міграції полягають в тому, що мігрантами стають особи, які змушені залишити свої країни через громадянські війни, соціально-політичну нестабільність, дискримінацію тощо. Магістерська робота складається з трьох розділів. В першому розділі досліджено конституційні засади правового статусу біженців та осіб, які потребують додаткового або тимчасового захисту в Україні. В другому розділі проаналізовано набуття, реалізація і припинення правового статусу біженців та осіб, які потребують додаткового або тимчасового захисту в Україні. В третьому розділі розглянуто проблеми захисту прав біженців та осіб, які потребують додаткового або тимчасового захисту в умовах євроінтеграції. Результати роботи або окремих положень представлені до практичного застосування під час усунення прогалин вітчизняного законодавства у сфері захисту прав біженців та осіб, які потребують додаткового або тимчасового захисту, а також під час проведення заходів з удосконалення міграційної політики та розробки довгострокової стратегії інтеграції біженців в українське суспільство. Список використаних джерел містить 94 найменування. Загальний обсяг роботи – 96 сторінок.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1The urgency of the topic is due to the declared strategic course of our country to join the EU and the implementation of obligations under the Association Agreement in 2014, in particular on cooperation in the field of migration, asylum and border management. The lack of a stable economic situation, as well as the unsatisfactory socio-political system of some countries have led to an intensification of migration processes among the world's population. The negative trends of modern migration are that migrants are people who are forced to leave their countries due to civil wars, socio-political instability, discrimination and so on. The master’s thesis consists of three sections. The first section explores the constitutional principles of the legal status of refugees and persons in need of complementary or temporary protection in Ukraine. The second section analyzes the acquisition, implementation and termination of the legal status of refugees and persons in need of complementary or temporary protection in Ukraine. The third section discusses the problems of protection of the rights of refugees and persons in need of complementary or temporary protection in the context of European integration. The results of the work or individual provisions are presented for practical application during elimination the flaws of the domestic legislation in the field of the rights of refugees and persons in need of complementary or temporary protection, and also during the implementation of measures of improving migration policy and developing a long-term strategy for the integration of refugees into Ukrainian society. The list of used sources contains 94 titles. The total volume of work is 96 pages.uk_UA
